Experience

What It Is

Stewardship, Not Technique

This isn't about leadership technique or business success. It's about faithfully stewarding the responsibility God has entrusted to us as husbands, fathers, churchmen, employers, employees, friends, and community leaders — through focused teaching, discussion, prayer, and mentorship in a smaller group before the main retreat begins.

The Leadership Experience begins Thursday evening and concludes Friday afternoon, transitioning directly into the Men's Retreat. It's designed to provide additional time for teaching, discussion, prayer, mentorship, and relationship-building among a smaller group of men — establishing a culture of intentionality, service, and brotherhood that carries into the larger retreat.
